Paul Pogba ‘makes transfer decision’ after Bruno Fernandes claims emerge

Paul Pogba reportedly still wants to leave Manchester United despite claims he's keen to play alongside Bruno Fernandes.

Pogba's future has been the subject of much speculation all season, as the World Cup winner has largely watched United from the injury room.

Until January the Red Devils were reliant on the French midfielder returning to transform their floundering season as they push for a top-four finish.

But after signing Fernandes in the January transfer window, focus has moved away from Pogba and towards the fledgling Portuguese.

Recent reports claimed Pogba has been keeping a close eye on the way in which United have been improving since January.

It was also claimed that the midfielder is looking forward to returning from his ankle injury to link up with Fernandes and form a partnership with him at Old Trafford.

But according to Italian publication Tuttosport, Pogba is still keen on a summer switch away from United, with Juventus and Real Madrid keeping tabs on him.

Pogba missed United's 3-0 win over Derby in the FA Cup fifth round on Thursday.

The match at Pride Park saw Man United's all-time leading goalscorer Wayne Rooney come up against his former side as the Rams came off second best.

Luke Shaw opened the scoring for the Red Devils just after the half-hour mark before a brace from January signing Odion Ighalo booked United a spot in the quarter finals.

Man United face Norwich at Carrow Road in the next round.
