Marrying Millions star Bill Hutchinson 'accused of raping girl, 16, and assaulting another after teen sex attack arrest'

MARRYING Millions star Bill Hutchinson has been charged with raping a 16-year-old girl and assaulting another by California authorities.

Hutchinson, 63, who founded real estate firm Dunhill Partners, is facing allegations from two 16-year-old girls in California following his arrest in Texas on Tuesday for sexual assault.

One of the California teens claimed he ''raped'' her while she was ''unconscious,'' during an April vacation in Laguna Beach.

The two 16-year-old girls claim that Hutchinson took advantage of them on two separate vacations in April, according to TMZ.

Prosecutors from the Orange County D.A.'s office claim he raped one of them while she was unconscious and committed four acts of sexual battery against her.

Prosecutors added that when the alleged victim refused to go back to Laguna Beach, Hutchinson returned to his vacation home with the other teen and committed sexual battery against her.

He has now been charged with one felony count of rape of an unconscious person and five misdemeanor counts of sexual battery.

If convicted, he will face a maximum sentence of eight years in state prison and two and a half years in Orange County jail.

His legal team denied the charges and said that they will fight the charges in court.

It comes after he was arrested in Texas as he was accused of assaulting a 17-year-old girl at his Highland Park home.

The teen in the Texas case says she was attacked by the reality star after moving into his Highland Park home in Dallas in May.

According to an arrest-warrant affidavit, the high school student told cops Hutchinson gave her and others alcohol and marijuana.

She alleges she woke up after falling asleep drunk on his couch to find him sexually assaulting her.

The affidavit states she was "frozen with fear."

It also claims he "inappropriately" touched her, including "massages, touching of her breast and nipples."

The reality star's legal team claimed the 17-year-old in Texas is the same accuser as one of the Laguna Beach accusers.

While there is an active arrest warrant for Hutchinson in Orange County, his lawyer Dan Hagood branded the teenager's claim ''fantastical,'' andfinancially motivated according to TMZ.

Hutchinson, who stars in the Lifetime show alongside his 23-year-old fiancée Brianna Ramirez, told TMZ: "I’m innocent of this charge and accusation.

"Anyone who knows me in this city knows that I am not capable of assault, sexual or otherwise.

"Hopefully all of my colleagues and friends will give me the benefit of the doubt until I prove my innocence in court."

Marrying Millions focuses on the couple's life together after meeting in a Dallas restaurant when Ramirez was a host and just 18-years-old, The Dallas News reports.

Hutchinson has three daughters –  Holly, 32; Rachel, 30; and Tess, 28 – from his first marriage and two children – Annebelle, 16; and King, 11 – from his second.

Fiancee Ramirez wrote on Instagram in April: "Thank you for being there for me when life takes unexpected turns.

"Thank you for giving me a chance to regroup."

Hutchinson was released on a $30,000 bond. The age of consent is 17 in Texas and so he will not face charges for assaulting a minor.
