The Chase fans were left gushing over a 'cute' player named Oli during tonight's episode.

Oli impressed with his knowledge and made it through to the final chase alongside players Nikki and Michael, after player Maya was caught by chaser Jenny Ryan.

As he took on quizzing expert Jenny, viewers went into meltdown on Twitter.

One said: "One said: "Hello Oli".

While another penned: "Oli is very easy on the eye".

A third added: "Oli is a cutie!!"

"What a fittie", gushed a fourth.

In the final chase, it seemed the pressure got to Oli as he didn't answer many questions.

His fellow player Michael performed incredibly and after his amazing effort, the team gained an astounding 19 step lead against Jenny.

Despite their best efforts, Jenny was on top form and beat the players. This meant they lost their winnings of £19,000 between them.

Viewers were gutted for the team and flooded Twitter with comments after their loss.

One said: "#TheChase Nooooooooo!

Another penned: "Nooo so close".

"£19k. 19 steps. 19 sleepless nights at that loss.", added a third.
