Loose Women viewers are calling for Ranvir Singh to be made a permanent presenter on the ITV lunchtime show after she stood in as guest anchor.
Good Morning Britain’s Ranvir took to the hot seat on Thursday’s episode, alongside a panel made up of Frankie Bridge, Janet Street Porter and Gloria Hunniford.
And she went down a storm with viewers after getting stuck into the lively debates and discussions, with many describing her as a breath of fresh air and a natural fit for the show.
One fan took to Twitter to say: “Wow ranvir is amazing heading up loose women today. More of the same please.”
Another asked: “Please can we have Ranvir as a host more often.”
While a third commented: “I really like Ranvir as the lead presenter. Something about her is so warming. Great presenter.”
Meanwhile, 43-year-old Ranvir told her Instagram followers that she was thrilled to be back on the panel after covering a string of shows last summer.
Posting a photo of her sitting alongside her co-stars, she said: “Hello – see you at 12.30pm today as I’m doing a quick guest hosting spot today and tomorrow !”
Ranvir, who took part in last year’s Strictly Come Dancing alongside professional dance partner Giovanni Pernice, added: “Hope to see you soon! With Frankie, Janet and Gloria.”
And at the end of the show, Ranvir told Loose Women viewers she couldn’t wait to return for tomorrow’s instalment.
She said: “Well, that’s it for today. It felt so good to be back, thank you ladies. Frankie and I are back tomorrow with Linda and Brenda.”
Previously opening up about joining the lunchtime show, Ranvir said she couldn’t wait to be a part of it.
She revealed: “I am giddy with excitement – partly because I’m going to get a good night’s sleep, but also just because you watch it and it’s just talking to all your lovely friends.”
“I’m really excited about talking to all the women about issues that really matter to me, and to them and to you.”
