Inside Khloe Kardashian's pain after being 'bullied' & branded 'ugly sister' by trolls as she's 'banned from Met Gala'

TAKE a look back at Khloe Kardashian's pain from years of media backlash, including her most recent troubles after being "banned from the Met Gala."

The Keeping Up With The Kardashian's star has battled body shamers, plastic surgery trolls, and relationship rumors since she first entered the spotlight.

Khloe, 37, has faced harsh criticism from the public, after years of being referred to as the "ugly sister."

The reality star first slimmed down after the premiere of KUWTK in 2007, losing a noticeable amount of weight by the show's 2012 success.

By 2015, she had made a major transformation as she began hosting her show Revenge Body.

However, despite Khloe's major weight loss and hard work in the gym, trolls have not stopped slamming her as the "fat sister."

In April of 2021, an unedited and unretouched photo of the Good American founder was leaked on the internet.

The image, though beautiful, was widely circulated online as it depicted a different look than what was portrayed on the TV star's own social media.

Khloe and her team made a mad rush to erase all traces of the image from social media, leading to a storm of fans slamming her for not embracing her natural appeal.

The outrage led the mother of one to confront all rumors and explain the struggles she has faced with body image.

The California native recalled several of the degrading comments she's heard over the years, including: "'Khloé is the fat sister.'"

"Khloé is the ugly sister. Her dad must not be her real dad because she looks so different.’

"‘The only way she could have lost that weight must have been from surgery.'”

Even Khloe's ex-step-father Caitlyn Jenner has made comments at her expense.

A 2014 clip of KUWTK recently resurfaced, where the then-Bruce Jenner told the youthful star she could stand to "lose a couple of pounds."

Fans brought the moment back to the surface as they slammed Caitlyn for her past commentary.

Not only has Khloe's weight been of constant discussion, but she's also faced frequent comparison to her two older sisters Kim and Kourtney.

While she was married to NBA player Lamar Odom from 2009-2016, a ruthless crowd would chant "UGLY SISTER" during his free-throw shots.

The socialite has been deemed "less famous" than the elder two but has claimed to have come to terms with her lesser status.

In a 2011 interview with Britain's Love Magazine, she explained: “I’m the ugly sister. I’m the fat one. I’m the transvestite.

“I have had those mean things said about me at least twice a day for the last five years. It’s horrible, you know? But I can brush that stuff off. I got used to it.”

Khloe's most recent agony arrived when the news broke that she has been "banned from the Met Gala" for being a "C-list celebrity."

While her sisters Kim, Kendall, and Kylie have frequented the big night of fashion for years, the media personality has reportedly been barred for not being famous enough.

Sources have revealed that she is unable to compete with the host of modeling, film, and music stars.

Vogue's Editor in Chief Anna Wintour who determines the guestlist for the party is said to regard the reality TV favorite as "too C-list" for the red carpet.

However, Khloe has not let constant criticism and negative associations bring her down, and during last night's gala, she supported her sisters from home.
