How much does Zoe Ball get paid by the BBC?

On September 15, 2020, it was revealed Zoe had bagged a £1million pay rise.

It came months after she lost a million listeners on her BBC Radio 2 Breakfast Show.

She pulled in 8.2million weekly listeners in 2019’s final quarter, compared to 9.1million before Chris Evans left in 2018.

The BBC Annual Report revealed her pay has soared from £370,000 in 2019 to a minimum of £1.36million – nine times than that of the Prime Minister.

On ITV's The Masked Dancer, however, she received nothing but glory as it is not thought contestants are paid for their participation.

Why did Zoe Ball split up with husband Norman Cook?

Zoe started dating Norman, who went by the DJ name of Fatboy Slim, while she was working at Radio 1 in the late 90s.

They married in 1999 and went on to have two children.

They have son Woody, 20, and eleven-year-old daughter Nelly.

But in September 2016, the couple announced their separation after 18 years of marriage.

Their marriage had been rocked over the years by reports of infidelity on Zoe's part.

In 2003, Zoe admitted she had an affair with one of her husband's close friends, DJ Dan Peppe – but they later reconciled.

She then hit the headlines again in 2015 when she was pictured snogging boyband member Tay Tay Starhz at a Christmas party.

It was rumoured party girl Zoe was struggling to stay at home with Norman, who had given up booze, which led to them breaking up.

Who was Zoe Ball's boyfriend Billy Yates?

Zoe found love again with Antiques Roadshow crew member Billy Yates in 2016.

However, the cameraman, 40, was tragically found dead in his Putney home on May 4, 2017, after taking his own life.

Zoe, who was overcome with grief, was known to have been head over heels with Billy, with her dad Johnny Ball previously saying that his daughter was "very happy" which he described as "lovely".

Following the news, Zoe took a break from her BBC Radio 2 show, with Kate Thornton stepping in.

On September 14, 2018, the TV presenter paid an emotional tribute to her late boyfriend on what would have been his 42nd birthday.

Who is Zoe Ball's current boyfriend?

Michael Reed has been romancing Zoe Ball since 2018.

The 49-year-old lives in Kent and works as a construction firm boss.

He first hit the headlines after The Sun exclusively revealed that the pair had enjoyed a very cosy and intimate night out in London in 2018.

The couple briefly split at the end of 2019 before reuniting in January 2020.

Friends of the star say handsome Michael put a smile back on her face after her heartbreak over losing Billy.
