Little Mix are all planning on launching solo careers next year after Jesy Nelson temporarily left the band because of medical reasons, it is claimed.
Perrie Edwards, Leigh-Anne Pinnock and Jade Thirlwall want to go solo when their existing contract ends, according to reports.
The girls have secretly been meeting industry bosses, new managers and agents to discuss their plans, it is claimed.
Jesy, 29, is also said to be hatching a plan to launch a solo career when she is feeling better.
It is claimed Perrie, 27, and Jade, 27, are eyeing up solo music projects and Leigh-Anne, 29, is considering TV opportunities.
A source told The Sun: "The girls have been open and honest with each other, and with their current management team.
"They have started discussions with some prospective managers and agents about what their solo careers might look like.
"Some of the girls might end up taking on solo projects with their current management team too. But this isn’t about ending the band, it’s about looking to the future."
The source added that the group still have a tour to complete next April and will see it through, even if it is delayed due to Covid-19.

"We will not be issuing any further comment currently and ask media to please respect her privacy at this time."
Earlier this month, Jesy sparked concern amongst Little Mix fans after pulling out of the final of BBC series Little Mix: The Search.
Jesy also was unable to attend the 2020 Europe Music Awards where Little Mix had been booked to host and perform during the evening.
Despite Jesy's absence, Perrie Edwards, Jade Thirlwall and Leigh-Anne Pinnock continued to perform and host the show.
