When you think of Jack Black, you might not think to put him in the same sentence as I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! star Vernon Kay.
But the Gwyrch Castle favourite has some rather unexpected beef with the School of Rock star, and hasn’t held back when it came to insulting him in the past.
To celebrate School of Rock’s 18th birthday since its release in the US on October 3, 2003, we take a look inside their bitter rivalry.
Jack is best known for the rather endearing – if eccentric – characters he plays in various children’s films, including Goosebumps, Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle and Kung Fu Panda.
But it appears Vernon doesn’t think he’s quite so endearing in real life, as he has blasted the comedy star in the past.
The pair initially brushed shoulders on several occasions when Vernon was working as a presenter on Channel 4’s hit entertainment show T4 in the early noughties.
Vernon interviewed Jack about various films he appeared in over the years – but later blasted him as an “absolute d**k”.
Speaking to The Sun last year, Vernon admitted: "I don’t know whether he’d had a hangover or whether it was because I was either the first or last interview of the day, but he was horrible.

"He was an absolute d**k, an a******e."
Presenter Vernon chatted to Jack about a few of his films while acting as a host for T4, including 2010 flick Gulliver’s Travels, 2003 Hollywood hit School of Rock, and 2001’s Shallow Hal.
Allegedly, his attitude was "just the same every time".
Vernon wasn’t holding back as he blasted the star: "When you’re so rude, arrogant and pig-faced to a young TV presenter, who’s so nervous and trying to hone his skills, and you’re so arrogant to dismiss that, it’s just not on."
He went on to label the actor a "c**k", adding: "I hope he reads it, and let this be a lesson to Jack Black."
Vernon is well known for his plain-speaking attitude, and has lashed out on Twitter in the past at the "fly-tipping w*****s" who dumped a fridge and treadmill on the side of a road.
The star, who is married to Strictly Come Dancing star Tess Daly, launched a foul-mouthed social media rant last year – shortly before hitting out at Jack – taking aim at the litterbugs.
Sharing a picture of the dumped bulky rubbish, he posted: "Some fly-tipping w*****s obviously had enough of the ‘New Year, New Me’ idea and decided to dump the fridge and the treadmill at the side of the road.
"Would have cost £10 to take to the tip will cost the council a lot more to shift it," he grumbled.
Daily Star Online has contacted Jack Black's reps for comment.
