Penning a honest caption, Zara wrote over the mirror selfie: "Me after 1 Diet Coke."

The Made In Chelsea star also candidly discussed how contracting Covid had "hit her really hard" in June and left her feeling "really s****y".

Zara revealed that she has been making more effort to walk places since, adding: "I ended up gaining a little body fat and also losing some muscle which was so frustrating because I worked so hard and was in the best shape of my life before."

She said in the story post: “I have been struggling at the gym because my recovery isn’t as quick as it used to be.

"I find myself sort of breath and also my muscles are constantly sore!!”

Zara recently made the headlines after she admitted that she had gone into the Love Island villa in search of a deal with PrettyLittleThing.

While speaking to partner Sam Thompson about the recent departure of Brad McClelland, Sam was angry that Lucinda put up no fight to leave the villa in place of Brad after he offered to go.

After Faye Winter got mad about Lucinda’s intention in the villa, Sam asked Zara: “Why has Faye made it all about her?”

Zara said: “I wish I knew the answer to that. I was there for a PLT deal!”

Sam replied: “They’re all there for a PLT deal!”
