While Kelsey was still pregnant the singer revealed the fact that he has an inoperable brain tumour, and he is having radiotherapy and chemotherapy to prolong his life.

Tom told OK! the treatment was tough and he wasn't able to be as "hands on" with their newborn as he would've liked.

He said: “It’s tiring. It’s more to travel there, to be honest. But I’ve got a week to go of chemo and radiotherapy and then I’m done."

And talking about finishing the treatments, he said: "Hopefully in a couple of weeks when the treatment’s ended I’ll be able to be a bit more hands-on, which I’m looking forward to.

"It’s been tough, not being as involved as I would like.”
