Sean Paul and Dua Lipa‘s collaboration “No Lie” has surpassed 1 billion views on YouTube. “No Lie” reaches the milestone five years after its release.
The music video for “No Lie” has attracted 1,000,943,547 views as of today.
The infectious dancehall pop song was released on November 18, 2016, by Island Records, and its music video came out on YouTube within two months. The Tim Nackashi-directed video features Sean Paul and Dua Lipa singing and dancing in a glass room.
For Sean Paul, this marks his third billion-view song.
“Rockabye” featuring Clean Bandit and “Cheap Thrills” featuring Sia are the other billion-view songs by Sean Paul, who is one of the most commercially successful Jamaican artists and the most popular dancehall artist.
His eighth full-length album Scorcha is scheduled to release on May 27.
