Olivia Bowen recalls wild engagement night including being chucked off yacht

Olivia Bowen has opened up on her wild engagement to now-husband Alex Bowen in a series of Instagram Stories where she reflected on the hilarious memories.

The 27 year old, who came second on Love Island back in 2016 with her beau, shared an adorable snap that showed the pair having fun into the early hours after he proposed on New Year’s Eve five years ago.

The star, who recently reflected on having children with her husband, admitted their crazy antics resulted in them being “chucked off” a yacht in New York.

In the image, Olivia is being hoisted up in Alex’s arms as she shows off her stunning new engagement ring.

The diamond sparkler glittered in the darkness and the stars were wearing coats in similar shades of tan as Alex stuck his tongue out for the picture.

“This was the night after we got engaged & we were on a huge yacht celebrating NYE with loads of randoms we met on there, met some absolute legends!!!” Olivia wrote next to the snap.

“It ended up with us being chucked off, completely smashed running round New York lost AF.”

“Honestly one of the most hectic times,” the reality star continued.

“Not to mention us going to a strip club at 3pm day before my birthday and not remembering how we got home early hours & almost losing my engagement ring.”

“We were wild,” the blonde beauty admitted next to a row of laughing emojis, as she gushed they were “definitely meant to be”.

“As nuts as each other. Happy 5 year engagement haha @ab_bowen reckon we’ve calmed down a touch or?” the star added with a laugh.

Olivia also posted two more close-up snaps of her and Alex in the hours following their engagement that gave a closer look at the ring.

“One day I’ll go into more detail,” the star then teased her fans. “But I honestly can’t repeat half of it for so many reasons.”

The star added more giggling emojis as she insisted on keeping it to herself, but added that they were the “best days”.
