Good Morning Britain's Susanna Reid and Adil Ray were briefly joined by a new co-star on Tuesday when a crew member wandered out in front of the camera.
The ITV breakfast news show was returning from an ad break when it happened, leaving Susanna and Adil giggling at the live TV blunder.
As the show panned to a wide shot of the studio, a man wearing a crew t-shirt and a protective visor was seen walking directly across the camera's view.
Laughing, Susanna called out: "Are you alright there?" as the man, who turned out to be Good Morning Britain's floor manager, rushed to get to his place behind the camera.

The hilarious blunder provided a lighter moment in an especially emotional show, which saw Susanna fighting back tears a number of times as she interviewed the parents and friend of Thames hero Folajimi Olubunmi-Adewole.
The 20-year-old, known as Jimi, died at the weekend after jumping into the River Thames to try to rescue a woman who had fallen in from London Bridge.
His parents appeared on a video call and struggled to speak to the hosts as they broke down in years.
Meanwhile, Jimi's friend Bernard joined Susanna and Adil in the studio and wept as he remembered his much-loved friend.
As the guests shared their memories of him, Susanna struggled to contain her own emotions.
She had to fight back tears and pause during the interview as she choked: "I just can't…", while co-host Adil Ray comforted Bernard.
During the interview, Susanna also supported the campaign for a Gallantry Award to be posthumously awarded to Jimi, for his bravery in the attempted rescue.
Adil has been hosting GMB alongside Susanna Reid since Piers Morgan's impromptu exit from the programme earlier this year.

However, ITV bosses on the hunt for a permanent replacement for Piers are reportedly eying ex-This Morning star Richard Madeley.
An insider was previously quoted as saying: "Piers is nigh-on impossible to replace on GMB, execs accept this, but Richard has his own inimitable style.
"Like Piers, he’s a trained journalist who knows how to press guests and get a decent ‘line’ from interviewees.
“He shoots from the hip, says what he thinks, and in a genuinely brilliant, likeable chap off air – so it's very much a ‘watch this space’.”
