Catherine Tyldesley highlighted her epic weight loss journey by sharing a throwback snap on social media.
The former Coronation Street star was asked by a fan in an Instagram Story Q&A on Tuesday evening if she had "any more photos from your incredible weight loss journey?"
The 37 year old happily responded by sharing an old image of herself, which was taken before she embarked on a health kick, and saw her clad in an oversized denim shirt.
Looking unrecognisable, the former soap star added a casual black top to her look and had her brunette locks pulled back into a low-key ponytail.
Mother of one Catherine, who is married to Tom Pitfield, went from a size 22 to a size eight after dropping six stone before joining Coronation Street.
In January, she revealed she dropped the weight because she "couldn't walk up the stairs without gasping for breath".
Speaking on Instagram, she added: "I had zero energy, and my skin was terrible. Educating myself on nutrition was the best thing I ever did."
While Catherine looks incredible, earlier this year, she was forced to hit back at trolls who claimed she photoshopped her waist.
After uploading an old photoshoot image to her Instagram, one wrote: "Disappointed. You talk about people body shaming and being who you are. And yet post this so photo shopped picture of you having absolutely NO waist and everything pitch perfect. I did admire you."
In response to the photoshop accusations, the furious soap star penned to her Instagram story that she 'always had a small waist'.
The actress felt she had to continue to defend herself about the accusations, saying her slim figure is down to her working "hard at the gym".
"I work b****y hard at the gym to stay healthy," Catherine continued. "If you've got a problem with my waist, I suggest you unfollow- and try to be kinder to people with small waistlines."
