A body language expert has claimed that Prince William and Kate Middleton's tenth wedding anniversary video disputes Prince Harry's claims that they are "trapped".
Judi James referenced the "wonderfully inhibited fun" the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge appeared to be having in the unprecedented video showing scenes of their family life.
Speaking to MailOnline's FEMAIL, Judi said: "The playful, outdoor behaviour here is all about freedom of both actions and emotions, and the three children look wonderfully uninhibited as they run about having fun."
"The Cambridge's appear to share their enjoyment of the outdoors, and there's no rigid posing or quizzical looks from the children to suggest any over-staging as they romp about together or sit toasting marshmallows."
She added: "When children play as naturally as this with their parents, it's obvious they're behaving as they normally would do away from the cameras."
Judi observed that their children Prince George, seven, Princess Charlotte, five and three-year-old Louis were "having the time of their lives".
William and Kate shared the video on Thursday, alongside the message: "Thank you to everyone for the kind messages on our wedding anniversary. We are enormously grateful for the 10 years of support we have received in our lives as a family. W & C. "
The video showed the family enjoying the great outdoors while climbing sand dunes and toasting marshmallows around the campfire.
The footage of them with their three children was a touching link to Princess Diana as it was filmed on Holkham Beach – a destination that Diana regularly visited when she was young.
An eagle-eyed royal megafan replied to the family video on Twitter pointing out the fact that they were on Holkham Beach.
"Just an FYI this film was taken last Autumn, and was filmed in Amner and at the beach down the road from them, the same beach Diana went to growing up and the same beach Charles & Anne played sandcastles on,” they wrote.
This comes after Harry said in his and pregnant wife Meghan Markle's Oprah interview last month: "I myself was trapped. I didn't see a way out. I was trapped, but I didn't know I was trapped."
The Los Angeles based Royal added that he felt "trapped within the system, like the rest of my family are".
