I'm a gym girl – I worked out in a bikini on the beach in Miami, I got to finish with a cold plunge in the ocean | The Sun

A FITNESS queen has taken her workout away from the gym and into a completely different setting.

This time around, a beautiful Miami beach was the location for her all-body exercise routine.

She finished it with a refreshing dip in the ocean.

There were no dumbells or weight machines here.

This time around Mary Yanko (@maryyanko) preferred a more natural setting.

And she used just her own body for this style of resistance training.

Mary's TikTok is populated with instructional videos beamed from her usual workout home, the gym.

“I help educate you with fitness and booty-building tips," she pledged.

She's doing something right.

At the last count, this young lady had over 77,000 followers and another 950,000 likes.

In her post, her gym gear had been ditched.

This time around, she wore a skimpy bikini and a bandana.

The sun was beginning to sink below the horizon as she began her sandy regime.

“Full body beach workout," was captioned across the screen.

In preparation, she flexed her muscles.

Mary then went through her paces.

There were push-ups, shoulder taps, jump squats, burpees, jump lunges, and sit-ups.

It looked like a punishing routine, but she made it look easy.

When she finished, she ran towards the waves and plunged into the cold ocean.

“Had to hit the beach workout," she said with a final flourish to her post.
